Question 1. What is T3Leads?

T3Leads is a Pay per Lead Affiliate Network.  We bring together Affiliates and Merchants in a single marketplace.  For Merchants we provide leads from our vast network of over 20,000 Affiliates.  You get the leads you want while reducing advertising expenses.  For Affiliates, we ensure you receive the highest revenue for your quality leads.

Question 2. What is Pay Per Lead?

Pay per Lead is an online lead generation system where the advertiser (merchant) pays the affiliate based on the acceptance of the generated leads.

Question 3. Who manages the Affiliate Program?

Various account managers supervise the T3Leads affiliate program.  Upon joining, you will be assigned an account manager who will work with you on all aspects of your account, including marketing help which will help increase your conversions.

Question 4. What are the general requirements to become an Affiliate?

As we do not automatically approve affiliates, your site must meet specific criteria and generate a certain level of traffic quality in order to participate in our Affiliate Marketing Program. Before you apply, please visit our Terms and Conditions page for our list of quality and content standards.

Question 5. How long does it take for my account to be approved?

Once you have created an account, you will receive an automatic email from your designated account manager.  To begin the approval process contact them and reply with details about your site(s) and the method of advertising used to generate leads. The Account Manager will carefully review it and provide you with a response for further steps. If we did not accept your application and you feel this may have been an inappropriate decision, please contact us and we will gladly review the decision.

Question 6. What if I don't receive a PIN code?

If you do not receive a PIN code, contact us at 877.778.3532 or e-mail us at [email protected]  Ask for your assigned Account Manager on your sign-up e-mail.

Question 7. I lost my password, how can I retrieve it?

Click here to retrieve your password: Password Recovery . It was also sent via email, so you may locate it there if the email was saved.

Question 8. What should I do if there is a hold on my account?

If your account is placed on hold, you will need to contact your Account Manager.

Please note: While your account is on hold you will be unable to:

1. Receive payouts.

2. Change payment information.

3. Generate code for JS forms.

4. Generate code for banners.

5. Create server POST channels.

If you have traffic, it will continue selling as usual. To view your statistics, you will need to submit a ticket to your Account Manager.

Question 9. What should I do if my account has been deactivated?

If your account has been deactivated, you should contact your Account Manager.

Question 10. How do I change my personal settings?

You can change your account information at any point in our management area. Simply log into your account and click "My Account." Make your changes in the form and submit.

Question 11. Are there fees to become an Affiliate?

There is no cost to become an Affiliate and there is no minimum sales requirement. However, you must reach $100 before a check can be mailed out.

Question 12. How often will I be paid?

Normally T3 leads pays on a biweekly basis with a two week hold. If however, as an affiliate, you earn over 1,000 a week in earnings with T3 leads and you contact your account manager, you can be put on a weekly pay schedule that is net 7.

Payout dates are the 2nd and 16th of each month. If either of these days fall on a weekend, the payment will be made the following Monday.

Question 13. Can your offers be incentivized?

No, T3Leads does not allow any of its offers to be incentivized.

Question 15. What is the minimum payable amount?

Payments will be distributed once the Affiliate's account has reached $100.

Question 16. What payment options do you have for US-based Affiliates?

T3Leads offers four payment methods for US-based Affiliates: Wire Transfer, Check, PayPal and ACH.

Question 17. What payment options do you offer International Affiliates?

T3Leads offers the following payment types: Wire Transfer, WebMoney and PayPal.

Question 18. If I operate several sites, can I consolidate my payments?

Yes. You can have multiple sites under one Affiliate account. You may create links and generate reports specifically for each site, and still receive one commission check for all of your sites.

Question 19. What are the minimum requirements for a Payday Lead sale?

The customer must meet the following criteria: Be a citizen of the country from which they are applying, be at least 18 years of age, have a valid checking account with direct deposit, and be currently employed or receive regular income.  There may be other criteria unique to each region.

Question 20. How are leads tracked and credited to my account?

T3Leads uses its own system to track clicks, applications, performance and much more. For most products, sales are reported in live mode.

 

Question 21. Where can I check my progress and the related commission?

You can easily monitor your daily traffic, earnings and referrals through the Income Access software. Our "Reports" section enables you to generate detailed summaries of all your affiliate campaigns or view a quick summary of your account activity.

Question 22. Why don't I see some leads credited to my account?

Leads turn into credit (or earnings) upon a successful sale. If we were unable to sell the lead, it will show up as rejected.

Question 23. How often are my reports updated?

For most verticals, lead stats are updated in Real Time. A few offers have lead updates which range from daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly.

Question 24. Do you offer Sub-Account Tracking?

Yes, you can have as many sub-accounts as you wish.

Sub-accounts are a simple way to track banners, keywords, and other individual items related to tracking down to the granular level.

You can use the system generated subaccount feature, or create your own by enabling sub-accounts on. Enabling sub-accounts on will prompt our system to gather your custom subaccount and display in your T3Leads reporting.

Question 25. Do you accept email traffic?

Please contact your Account Manager to discuss email traffic, as it requires specific approval and may require additional time.

Question 26. Do you accept co-reg traffic?

No, we do not accept co-reg traffic.

Question 27. Do you accept call center leads?

No we do not accept call center leads. Please contact your Account Manager for more information.

Question 28. How is a valid Payday Loan lead measured?

A payday loan lead is a genuine, non-incentivized full application completed by a customer on a secure website with targeted traffic.

Question 29. Can I use your lead form with my website design?

We do provide iFrames for those wishing to use their own designs. Gathering the code is simple, and can be found under the channels tab, within your affiliate panel. For further assistance, please contact your Account Manager.

Question 30. What is a private feed?

Private feeds allow you to use our optimized prebuilt template while allowing you to use your own domain.

To select, choose a private feed template and go to private feed under "Websites" and select the feed of your choosing. HTML and all related codes will be provided for you to upload to your hosting.

Now, you are ready to market your own private label website.

Question 31. Do you provide other promotional support?

At T3Leads, one of our top priorities is providing tools and support to help our publishers maximize their profit. We have a full design team that will build a website, help with promotion, and more at no additional cost.

Question 32. What if your terms are not suitable for me?

We do our best to always find a compromise when working with our affiliates. If you have an interesting offer, let us know and we will work to find the best solution for your personal needs.
