The people who are most likely to live paycheck to paycheck may surprise you.  It is not young adults but adult-adults.   A recent survey of 3,800 persons conducted by Career Builder, found that 43% of those aged 45 to 54 admitted to living paycheck to paycheck.

42% of persons aged 35 to 44 and 40% of 18 to 34 year olds claimed they were living paycheck to paycheck.

We bring this up, because we wonder if there is an opportunity for payday loan affiliates to create content that is aimed at this older market.  Consider developing a few pieces of content that is targeted to the unique needs and concerns of adults nearing retirement.  An article that would help them with retirement issues would be a good one.

Females are struggling more than men, with 44% saying they depend on their next paycheck, while only 36% of men made the same claim.  Make sure you have some content aimed at women.

The survey also found that workers are paying off debt as a way of making ends meet, which matches results of other surveys conducted recently.
